QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION SECURITY PT GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI (GTMI)

 

Management and all employees of PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI is determined to Ensure Quality, Service and Information Security of PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI by minimizing the loss of services. To achieve these targets, PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI perform the implementation of the Quality, Service and Information Security Management System by:

  1. Ensure the quality of the company's operational activities that meet the established targets of Quality, Service and Information Security.
  2. Ensure the quality of the company's operations that meet the standards of the company's Quality, Service and Information Security management system.
  3. Guarantee the service delivery of PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI meets customer expectations.
  4. Manage the availability of the required resources for the implementation of the Quality Management System, Service Management System and Information Security Management System.
  5. Comply with laws and regulations related to Quality, Service and Information Security.
  6. Increase awareness of all employees on the importance of Quality, Service and Information Security.
  7. Conduct a risk assessment of Quality, Service and Information Security.
  8. Implement improvement continuity in the implementation of Quality Management System, Service and Information Security.

In addition to implement the principles of the company's operational activities and service delivery, the top management of PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI will communicate the operational implementation of the Service Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO 27001:2013 to the related parties.

SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU, LAYANAN DAN KEAMANAN INFORMASI PT GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI (GTMI)

 

Manajemen dan seluruh pegawai PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI bertekad untuk Menjamin Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI dengan meminimalisasi kerugian atas layanan. Untuk mencapai sasaran tersebut, PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI melaksanakan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi dengan cara: 

  1. Menjamin kualitas penyelenggaraan kegiatan operasional perusahaan yang memenuhi target sasaran Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi yang telah ditetapkan. 
  2. Menjamin kualitas penyelenggaraan perusahaan yang memenuhi standar sistem manajemen Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi perusahaan.
  3. Menjamin penyelenggaraan layanan PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. 
  4. Mengelola ketersediaan dari sumber daya yang dibutuhkan dalam rangka implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Sistem Manajemen Layanan dan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi. 
  5. Menaati hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi.
  6. Meningkatkan kesadaran seluruh karyawan akan pentingnya Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi.
  7. Melakukan asesmen risiko Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi.
  8. Melaksanakan peningkatan yang berkesinambungan dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Layanan dan Keamanan Informasi.

Dalam upaya menjalankan prinsip-prinsip kegiatan operasional perusahaan dan penyelenggaraan layanan, manajemen puncak PT. GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI MEDIA INTEGRASI akan mengkomunikasikan pelaksanaan operasional Sistem Manajemen Layanan berbasis ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018 dan ISO 27001: 2013 kepada pihak-pihak berkepentingan.

As our commitment and value to deliver our best to client, we have complied with the requirements under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) for the following scope : The Provision of IT Managed Services, IT Consultation & Project Management Office (PMO).

We handle ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System), with the following scope : The management of information security in provision of IT Managed Services, IT Consultation, and Project Management Offiice (PMO).  

We also handle ISO 20000-1:2018 (IT Service Management System) with the following scope : supporting the provision of IT Manage Services and IT Solution Services from head office to external customers in accordance with the latest service catalogue
